Questions owners ask

Do I have to stop using my property management software?: No. ParkPulse Pro reads your rent roll from the software you already use. Your accounting, payments and ledgers stay where they are.
Which software does it work with?: Rent Manager works today. If you use something else, tell us when you book a demo. Most systems can export a rent roll report, and we'll set up the import for yours.
Can my crew use it on their phones?: Yes. It installs on a phone's home screen like an app, and crew members get an alert when a work order is assigned to them.
Who can see our data?: Only the people you invite. Each company's parks, tenants and files are kept separate, and each person signs in with their own email.
What does it cost?: Pricing is based on the number of lots you manage. Book a demo and we'll give you a quote for your parks.
